Media Pass Requirements & Expectations – Fashion Beyond Limits Fashion Show
We welcome members of the press and media who wish to cover our fashion show.
To maintain a professional, organized, and respectful environment for designers, models, and guests, all media representatives must follow the guidelines below.
Media Pass Eligibility
Media passes are available to:
- Accredited journalists, bloggers, photographers, and videographers
- Representatives of magazines, newspapers, online publications, TV outlets, and fashion platforms
- Social media content creators with active, public platforms
- All applicants must provide:
- Name and media outlet
- Website or social media links
- Samples of previous event or fashion coverage
- Approval is not guaranteed and is based on availability and relevance.
What We Expect From Media
- Professional Conduct
- Arrive on time and check in at the designated media registration area
- Wear your media pass visibly at all times
- Respect all staff, designers, models, and guests
- Follow instructions from the event coordinators and security team
- Photography and video are allowed only in approved areas
- Backstage access is restricted unless explicitly granted
- Do not block walkways, seating areas, or disrupt the runway experience
- Flash photography may be limited depending on designer requests
- Respect any “no‑photo” or “no‑video” restrictions communicated by the production team
- All published content must credit the event name
- Tagging the event and designers on social media is encouraged
- Media may not alter or misrepresent the event, designers, or participants
- Any commercial use of footage or images requires written approval
- Respect for Participants
- Do not approach models or designers for interviews without permission
- Avoid photographing models while changing or in private areas
- Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
What We Provide
- Reserved media seating or standing area near the runway (as available)
- Access to press‑approved areas for photography and filming
- Event information, designer lineup, and show schedule
- Opportunities for post‑show interviews (when permitted)
