Designer Participation Guidelines – Fashion Beyond Limits Fashion Show
We are excited to welcome talented designers to showcase their work on our runway.Â
To ensure a seamless, professional, and impactful presentation, we ask all participating designers to follow the guidelines below.
Designer Responsibilities
- Provide a finalized collection lineup prior to the event
- Ensure all garments are runway‑ready, clean, and properly labeled
- Supply any necessary accessories, shoes, or styling elements for your looks
- Attend scheduled fittings and rehearsals with your assigned models
- Communicate any special garment requirements (e.g., delicate fabrics, unique closures) to the styling and backstage teams

- Arrive on time and check in with the production team
- Work collaboratively with dressers, stylists, and models
- Keep your designated area organized and free of hazards
- Handle garments with care and assist with quick changes when needed
- Respect backstage rules, including restricted areas and photography limitations

- Provide clear direction for how each look should be styled and presented
- Confirm the order of your looks with the runway coordinator
- Approve hair and makeup concepts or collaborate with the glam team to achieve your vision
- Be available during lineup and transitions for last‑minute adjustments

- Treat all staff, models, and fellow designers with respect
- Communicate promptly with the production team regarding any changes or concerns
- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude throughout the event
- Follow all event timelines to ensure the show runs smoothly
