Runway Model Expectations – Fashion Beyond Limit Fashion Show
We welcome members of the press and media who wish to cover our fashion show.
To maintain a professional, organized, and respectful environment for designers, models, and guests, all media representatives must follow the guidelines below.
Professionalism & Conduct
- Arrive on time and check in with the production team upon arrival
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward designers, stylists, staff, and fellow models
- Follow all instructions from the runway coordinator, designers, and backstage team
- Stay focused, calm, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
- Represent the event with professionalism both on and off the runway
Runway & Performance Expectations
- Attend all required rehearsals and fittings
- Practice and deliver a confident, polished runway walk
- Follow the assigned choreography, pacing, and cues
- Showcase garments with care, ensuring proper posture and garment visibility
- Be prepared for quick changes and maintain composure during transitions
Appearance & Presentation
- Arrive with clean, natural hair and a fresh face unless otherwise instructed
- Wear appropriate undergarments (nude/black) suitable for various outfits
- Keep nails clean and neutral unless a specific look is requested
- Maintain good personal hygiene and be runway‑ready
- Follow all styling directions from the hair and makeup team
Backstage Expectations
- Stay in designated backstage areas unless directed otherwise
- Keep garments clean and handle them with care
- Notify staff immediately if there is a wardrobe issue or sizing concern
- Avoid eating or drinking near clothing racks or styling stations
- Be ready when called for lineup, fittings, or touch‑ups
Teamwork & Communication
- Work cooperatively with other models and staff
- Communicate any concerns early so adjustments can be made
- Respect the schedule and be prepared for last‑minute changes
- Maintain a positive, supportive backstage environment
