RETAIL VENDOR INFORMATION & Expectations – Fashion Beyond Limits Fashion Show

We are excited to welcome retail vendors to participate in our upcoming fashion show. This event brings together fashion lovers, industry professionals, influencers, and shoppers—making it an ideal opportunity to showcase and sell your products.

  • Retail vendors will have the chance to:
  • Display and sell products to event attendees
  • Connect with fashion‑forward consumers and industry creatives
  • Build brand visibility in a stylish, high‑energy environment
  • Network with designers, models, media, and other vendors
  • Promote your business through event marketing (when applicable)
  • To ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone, we ask all vendors to meet the following expectations:
  • Setup & Breakdown
  • Arrive on time for setup during the designated vendor load‑in period
  • Bring all necessary display materials, signage, tables, racks, or décor (unless otherwise provided)
  • Keep your booth neat, organized, and visually appealing
  • Fully break down your space at the end of the event and remove all items
  • Maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude toward guests
  • Staff your booth at all times during event hours
  • Handle transactions professionally and bring your own payment system (Square, cash box, etc.)
  • Respect neighboring vendors and keep noise or displays within your assigned space

Product Requirements

  • All products must be appropriate for a fashion‑focused audience
  • Items should be clean, high‑quality, and ready for sale
  • Pricing must be clearly displayed
  • No counterfeit or trademark‑infringing items are permitted

What We Provide

  • A designated vendor space (size varies by package)
  • Access to event attendees throughout the show
  • Inclusion in vendor listings or promotional materials when applicable
  • A vibrant, fashion‑driven atmosphere ideal for sales and brand exposure

Additional Notes

  • Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure your space
  • Spaces are limited and assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis
  • Electricity or special accommodations must be requested in advance
  • You are permitted to bring a maximum of two (2) additional staff members. (No exceptions)
